安利佳，男，现任中国遗传学会理事，中国化工学会生物工程分会理事，教育部科委生命科学学部委员，辽宁省遗传学会及生物技术学会理事。1998-2002年任大连理工大学生物工程系主任主要从事植物基因工程和药物生物技术研究，先后主持国家科技攻关项目1项、省、市级重大研究课题4项。
人物经历
1982年2月于辽宁师范学院获理学学士
1984年10月于东北师范大学遗传学专业获理学硕士学位
1989年6月于东北师范大学植物学专业获理学博士学位。
1984年10月至1998年3月在辽宁师范大学任教，1996年晋升教授。
1998年3月，调入大连理工大学任教至今，曾任生物工程系主任，研究所所长。
1995年获辽宁省优秀青年科技工作者称号。
1996年获辽宁省首届青年科研人才基金。
1999年获大连市优秀人才奖。
2001年获大连市优秀专家称号。
2001年被评为辽宁省第二批百千万人才工程百人层次人选。
2004年担任辽宁省生物技术协会专家委员会专家
