张昌文

张昌文,2006年获山东大学凝聚态物理博士学位。现为济南大学校聘A4岗教授,硕士研究生导师,凝聚态物理科研团队学科带头人,山东省大学合作培养博士研究生导师。主要从事自旋电子学及纳米功能材料与器件的性能研究及设计工作。截至目前发表80余篇SCI论文,被引用检索近500余次。

教学工作

本科生课程:热力学与统计物理;量子力学。

研究生课程:凝聚态物理;计算物理;磁电子学;铁磁学。

研究领域

凝聚态理论。

自旋电子学及纳米材料与器件性能模拟和功能设计。

拓扑绝缘体材料机理研究与设计。
