陈东辉，男，1960年5月出生，汉族，九三学社上海市市委常委。主要从事废物资源化与生态环境建设、水污染控制工程方向的研究，公开发表学术论文50多篇，其中SCI和EI收录论文近20篇，指导博士研究生取得博士学位6人。
主要研究方向：废物资源化及清洁生产、水污染控制工程、环境保护与生态工业规划等方向的研究。
