刘合林，男，博士，教授，博士生导师，主要研究领域包括城市经济、城市文化、城市空间与城市复杂系统、城市规划决策支持技术以及低碳经济与低碳规划。代表著作有《城市文化空间解读与利用——构建文化城市的新路径》。
人物经历
2001-2006年就读于南京大学地理学院，学习城市规划与设计专业，2006年获工学学士。
2006-2009年，就读于南京大学地理学院城市与区域规划系，研究方向主要为城市文化与城市文化战略，2009年获工学硕士。
2009-2013年，英国剑桥大学攻读博士学位。主要研究城市文化经济与城市空间的复杂互动系统。
2013-2015年，英国剑桥大学博士后副研究员（Research Associate），主要研究国际碳交易网络与博弈。
2015-2016年，华中科技大学建筑与城市规划学院，副教授。
2016年起，华中科技大学建筑与城市规划学院，教授，博导。
