电影粤语主题曲《狂舞吧》和英文版《The Way We Dance》由戴伟作曲，电影监制陈心遥谱词，rapper DoughBoy featuring新人歌手黄宇希(Shimica Wong)演绎为了理想而起舞的青春澎湃。电影原声大碟内还收录了多首由Beatboxer Heartgrey和MC Heyo参与的舞曲和配乐。

乐曲背景
香港特别行政区导演黄修平继电影《碧咸遇上奥云》、《魔术男》后，以中西合璧的街舞、跑酷和太极为主题，拍成充满勇气和活力的春青电影《狂舞派》，由颜卓灵、Babyjohn(蔡瀚亿)、Lokman(杨乐文)、Janice(范颖儿)、Tommy Guns等香港新进演员和顶尖跳舞高手演出，黄贯中客串演出。片中精彩舞蹈由Shing Mak编排，A-Day成员戴伟和阿佛担当配乐。
