韩振来，1962年生于山东济南，是一名教授、博士、硕士生导师。他曾获得山东省优秀青年教师、济南大学优秀教师、济南大学优秀研究生指导教师等荣誉称号。韩振来现任济南大学数学科学学院党委书记，之前曾担任济南大学理学院院长和数学科学学院党委书记兼任院长。他还是美国《数学评论》和德国《数学文摘》的评论员，以及国际差分方程学会的会员。此外，韩振来还担任济南市数学会副理事长。

个人简介
1984年7月参加工作，1994年11月破格评聘为副教授，2000年12月评聘为教授，是应用数学硕士点专业负责人和学科带头人，2007年开始招收研究生。李同兴的科研成果“时间尺度上几类动力系统解的性质研究”获2010年度山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果三等奖。
